Architectural concrete, designed to belong

Arris2 creates bespoke concrete pieces for high-end homes and landscapes. From the first detail to the final finish, we bring design thinking, technical knowledge and hands-on craftsmanship together to make every piece feel part of the architecture.

Your home sets the standard. Everything around it should meet it.

You’ve invested in creating an exceptional home. The stairs, seating, water features and landscape elements around it should carry the same level of thought, craftsmanship and finish, so the entire property feels seamless.

Whatever the space calls for, made in concrete.

From floating stairs and water features to integrated seating, letterboxes and custom forms, every piece is shaped around the architecture and landscape it belongs to.

Floating and cantilevered stairs

Floating treads, cantilevered flights and complete stair runs, shaped around the proportions and movement of the home.

Water features

Troughs, spill edges and basins created around the movement, sound and stillness of water.

Seating and benches

Integrated benches and seating forms that feel like a natural extension of the home or landscape.

Letterboxes and entry statements

Letterboxes, entry walls and sculptural markers that set the tone for the home from the moment you arrive

Landscape features

Planters, retaining walls, steps and platforms that bring structure, rhythm and continuity to the landscape.

Custom concrete forms

Ideas without an off-the-shelf answer, developed into original concrete forms that are functional, distinctive and beautifully resolved.

The process

The finished result starts long before the pour.

The best outcomes are resolved early. We work through the idea, drawings, levels, materials, samples and sequence before anything begins, then carry that same attention through every stage to the final finish

  • Understand the idea
  • Resolve the details
  • Prepare the ground
  • Create the form
  • Manage the pour
  • Refine the finish

Understand the idea

We begin with the vision for the piece, where it will sit and what it needs to achieve.

I’ve always been obsessed with the details.

Clean lines, sharp edges and a finish that looks right from every angle. I take a lot of pride in my work, and I’m not interested in calling something finished until I’m happy to put my name to it.

I came to architectural concrete through bricklaying, landscaping, machine operation and structural formwork. That experience gives me a practical understanding of every stage, so I can take an idea and carry it through properly from drawings to statement design.

Got something in mind?

Send me the plans, a rough sketch or just tell me what you’re thinking. We can have a chat, work through the details and see what it will take to bring it together.
